Welcome to Camp Snouffer: where adventure meets "I do."
What time should campers arrive?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to give ample time to settle in.
Is the ceremony outdoors? What happens if it rains?
Yes, our ceremony is planned to be outdoors. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move everything inside on-site.
What should I wear?
Dressy casual with a garden-comfortable feel. Think outfits that are nice but relaxed enough for an outdoor setting—flowy dresses, button-ups, sandals or wedges, and layers for Kansas weather. Heels are optional (the ground is uneven in a few places!).
Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! There’s an outdoor play space nearby and we’ll have a kids’ table with activities during the reception. Please let us know on your RSVP if you’re bringing little ones.
Is the reception at the same location?
Yes. Ceremony, dinner, and dancing will all take place at Camp Horizon. No need to drive anywhere.
Will dinner be served?
Yes, dinner will be served at 5:00 PM. Please note any allergies or dietary needs in your RSVP.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Please silence and put away your phones and cameras so everyone can be fully present with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos!
What time does the celebration end?
We plan to wrap up the evening around 8:00–9:00 PM. Guests are welcome to stay, dance, and enjoy the night until we slowly wind down.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, Camp Horizon has on-site parking close to the ceremony and reception areas. Signs will help guide you when you arrive.
What if I have allergies or accessibility needs?
Please note any food allergies or accessibility needs on your RSVP. We want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for.
